What is an independent valuation?
It is a formal report on what a property is worth, for a set purpose such as probate, a pension or a divorce. One of our RICS Registered Valuers inspects the property and writes the report.
Who accepts your valuation reports?
Our reports are prepared to RICS standards. Solicitors, lenders and pension providers accept them.
How is this different from a mortgage valuation?
A mortgage valuation is done for your lender, not for you. An independent valuation is done for you, for the purpose you need it for.
Can you value a property at an earlier date?
Yes. For probate and capital gains tax we can value a property at the date you need, such as the date of death.
How quickly will I get my report?
We send your report within 5 working days of the inspection. We answer every enquiry within one business day.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based on the Ormeau Road in Belfast. We value property across Greater Belfast and the rest of Northern Ireland.
