Our story

Three generations on the Ormeau Road.

McQuoids was founded in Belfast in 1938. It is still owned by the same family, now in its third generation.

Today the firm is run by Benjamin McQuoid, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1999.

Our surveyors and estate agents work under one roof on the Ormeau Road. Our surveys draw on what we see in the market, and our sales advice draws on what we see in surveys.
